Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using Maverick Project Scheduler. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Maverick Project Scheduler, a cloud-based project management service provided by Maverick Development ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the service, creating an account, or completing a subscription purchase, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Maverick Project Scheduler is a subscription-based cloud project management platform that provides Gantt chart scheduling, resource management, AI-assisted project planning, task tracking, reporting, and related features. The service is accessed via a web browser and requires an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to Maverick Project Scheduler requires a paid subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis. The subscription fee is charged per user license. You authorize Maverick Development to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription amount at the start of each billing period.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, your account and all associated project data will be removed from our cloud servers. This action cannot be undone.
  • Maverick Development reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. AI API Usage Costs

Maverick Project Scheduler integrates with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to power AI-assisted scheduling, resource leveling, and project analysis features. AI API usage costs are not included in your subscription fee. You are responsible for obtaining your own API credentials from the AI provider(s) of your choice and for any costs charged directly by those providers for API calls made through Maverick Project Scheduler.

  • Maverick Development does not mark up or resell AI API usage. Charges from AI providers are billed directly by those providers under their own terms.
  • You may configure your chosen AI provider and model within the application. Usage costs vary by provider, model, and volume of requests.
  • Maverick Development is not responsible for charges incurred through your AI provider accounts.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Maverick Project Scheduler only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without written authorization.
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data.
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or excessively load our servers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your project data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (such as payment processing via Authorize.net). You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system. Upon subscription cancellation, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

Maverick Project Scheduler® is a registered trademark of Maverick Development. All software, interfaces, documentation, and content provided as part of the service are owned by Maverick Development and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, patents, or source code.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates, or experience unplanned downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick Development's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, NV.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
