Yes. Maverick uses Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling with a full forward and backward pass. Critical tasks are highlighted on the Gantt chart, and each task's total float is displayed as a float indicator alongside its task bar. Learn more in our critical path guide.
Maverick supports all four standard dependency types: Finish-to-Start (FS), Start-to-Start (SS), Finish-to-Finish (FF), and Start-to-Finish (SF). Each link type supports lag days to model delays or overlaps between dependent tasks. Link lines are drawn graphically on the Gantt chart.
Yes. Maverick imports and exports to Microsoft Excel, CSV, HTML, Word, and Microsoft Project (MPP) format. Enterprise plans also support automated imports from external databases, ERPs, and MRPs on a configurable schedule.
